How PDF rotation works
FileKit edits each page's rotation flag — the rotation is applied on top of any existing rotation, so a 90°-rotated page rotated by 90° becomes 180°. The page content itself is not re-rendered: text, images, and form fields stay bit-for-bit identical, just displayed in the new orientation. All processing runs locally in your browser.
How to Rotate PDF Pages
- 1
Upload your PDF
Drag and drop a PDF into the upload area. FileKit loads it entirely in your browser.
- 2
Select pages and rotation angle
Choose to rotate all pages or enter specific page numbers. Pick 90° (clockwise), 180° (upside down), or 270° (counter-clockwise).
- 3
Download the rotated PDF
Click download to save the corrected PDF. Rotation changes a metadata flag — page content is never re-rendered, so quality is identical.
