Description of service

FileKit provides free, browser-based file processing tools including PDF compression, image format conversion, and text extraction. All file processing occurs locally in your web browser.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will produce specific results, maintain file quality at any particular level, or be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

FileKit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or file corruption.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files before processing them with our tools. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
